Last updated 3 September 2026. These terms govern your use of the game walkthrough and strategy guide services developed and operated by CGTechy on behalf of Guttrball LLC.
Effective date: 3 September 2026
Welcome to CGTECHY, the game walkthrough and strategy guide service. These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Guttrball LLC, a limited liability company located at 2278 E 1620 S, Heber City - 84032-1578, United States (US). The services described on this site are developed and operated by the developer CGTechy on behalf of Guttrball LLC, which conducts business within the computer systems design and related services industry and provides computer integrated systems design alongside related professional, scientific and technical services.
Please read these terms carefully before reading a guide, placing a request, subscribing to a plan, or contacting the team. By accessing the material, making a request, or opening a subscription, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the services. These terms should be read alongside the separate Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is handled.
The services are owned and operated by Guttrball LLC, whose business address is 2278 E 1620 S, Heber City - 84032-1578, United States (US). These terms cover every use of the CGTECHY pages and every purchase or request made on them. By reading or using the pages you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy that sits beside them.
The terms describe the rules for using an informational service that sells tested game guidance. The team does not act as your agent and does not play the game on your account. The service is limited to the guidance and materials described here, in the form described when you order. No term in this document grants an agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between you and the company.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is severed and the remainder keeps its full effect. A failure by either side to enforce a right does not act as a waiver of that right in the future.
Several terms are used throughout this document, and their meanings are set out here so there is no confusion.
The site means these pages. The services means the walkthrough guides, boss fight breakdowns, build and loadout calculators, speedrun route material, patch note analysis, and beginner onboarding paths, together with related support.
You means the person, account holder or legal entity that uses the services. The team means the people who operate CGTECHY for Guttrball LLC. A request means any order for a guide or analysis that you place with the team.
A deliverable is the finished guide, breakdown, route, calculator result or analysis that is sent to you in response to a request. A subscription is a recurring agreement under which you receive material on a continuing basis.
Some parts of the service are available to a visitor without an account. Placing an order or opening a subscription may require you to create an account and to keep basic details current.
When you register or order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You accept responsibility for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping any access details confidential. If you believe an account has been used without your permission, contact the desk promptly.
The company reserves the right to refuse a new account, to place an existing account on hold during an investigation, or to close an account that breaches these terms. Closing an account does not remove the rights and duties that accrued before the account was closed.
The core service is tested game guidance written in plain language. The usual categories include: complete walkthrough guides that map a game into ordered objectives; boss fight breakdowns that document attack cycles and safe windows; build and loadout calculators that compare configurations against real numbers; speedrun route labs that report verified time savings; patch note analysis that explains what a change means for active players; and beginner onboarding paths that sequence early learning. Exactly which item you receive is stated in the order you confirm.
Every guide the team publishes is versioned. It names the game patch it was tested against and the date of that test. If a newer patch changes relevant mechanics, the company works to revalidate and republish affected material, but does not represent that every historical page will be updated within any fixed schedule in the absence of an active subscription covering it.
The services provide guidance and tools. They do not include playing the game for you, trading items, boosting an account, or any action that would transfer control of your game account or violate a game developer rule. If a requested task falls into one of those excluded categories, the team will decline it.
An order begins when you describe the guide, boss or build you need and the current version you are playing. The team confirms the scope, the delivery size and the timeline before work commences, and no charge is taken until the scope is confirmed in writing.
Because a guide is scoped to specific content, you should describe the request accurately. If a later request expands the work beyond the confirmed scope, for example adding a second boss or a different difficulty, that is treated as a new order or a change request with its own terms and price, agreed before the extra work starts.
The team may ask clarifying questions to keep the scope honest. Reasonable delays caused by waiting for your clarification, or by a game server outage that blocks testing, are allowed. If such a delay is significant, the revised timeline is communicated to you before the work continues.
Prices for guides and subscriptions are displayed on the site or quoted for a specific request before you commit. All prices are stated in the currency shown at the time of the order. Payment is due in advance for one-off requests and at the start of each billing period for subscriptions.
Where payment is handled by a third party, your card or account details are processed under that provider own rules and are not stored on these pages. A subscription renews automatically at the end of its period unless you cancel before the renewal. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period without a refund for unused days unless a refund rule below applies.
The company keeps payment records as required by accounting law. Any fee charged by a payment provider or bank on a transaction is your responsibility, and refunds are returned using the same method used to pay wherever the provider allows it.
Because a guide is a personalised piece of work, refunds are handled on the specific case rather than by a blanket rule. A request that is cancelled before any guide work begins is refunded in full. A request cancelled after work has started but before delivery is refunded in proportion to the work not yet done, at the reasonable discretion of the team.
If a delivered guide is inaccurate on the version stated, or fails to do what was confirmed in the scope, the team will first correct it under the revision rules. If a correction cannot resolve the problem, a partial or full refund may be given. A subscription may be refunded within a short window after the first payment if no material has been delivered, and otherwise continues or ends at the period boundary.
To raise a dispute, contact the desk at guide@cgtech.buzz with your order details and a clear description of the concern. The team reviews each dispute on its facts. This refund policy is a matter of fair dealing and does not limit any rights the law grants you that cannot be limited by agreement.
When you receive a deliverable, you receive the right to use it for your own lawful play and decision making. A single purchase is licensed for your own use and is not a transfer of ownership. You may read the material, follow the route on your own account, and keep private notes that summarise it.
You may not resell, republish, redistribute or bundle a purchased deliverable, whether free or for a price, without prior written permission. You may not copy material into a competing guide service, a video script used for monetisation, or a wiki that earns licensing revenue, unless that use is separately agreed. Reproducing a short passage for a private conversation or a personal review is acceptable so long as the source is credited and the passage is brief.
Deliverables are provided in the format stated at order time, normally a written document. The company is not obliged to provide source files, raw recordings or intermediate notes beyond the deliverable itself unless this was a confirmed part of the order.
Good guidance keeps working only if it matches the game that is live. If a patch changes content covered by a deliverable, the team will revalidate the affected section when a correction request is made and the deliverable is under its revision window, or when you hold an active subscription that covers the material.
A revision request should state the version that changed and the material that no longer matches. The team then reruns the affected content, corrects the route, and returns the updated section. Reasonable revision windows are described when the order is confirmed, and one-off orders include a correction window of a stated number of days from delivery during which listed inaccuracies are corrected at no extra charge.
Beyond that window, or where a change arises from a brand-new content patch that adds new mechanics rather than correcting a mistake, updates may be offered as a paid revision or be covered by an active subscription. The nature of each request decides which rule applies, and the team explains its position before charging.
The pages, the guides, the written analysis, the layout, the graphics and the text are original works produced by the team. Copyright in the material belongs to Guttrball LLC or to the developer as agreed, and all rights are reserved.
The brand names CGTECHY and Guttrball are identifiers of the company and its service and may not be used to pass off another service as ours. Game titles, characters and their trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a game title in a guide is factual and does not claim ownership of that game or suggest an official affiliation. The company does not accept advertisements and exercises editorial independence over its material.
Nothing in these terms transfers copyright to you. You receive only the licence described in the section on deliverables. Any suggestion, idea or feedback you send about the service may be used to improve the product without any payment or account to you.
You agree to use the services lawfully and in a way that protects the work of the team. A list of prohibited conduct keeps the floor level for every player.
The company may investigate conduct that appears to breach these rules and may restrict access, cancel an order, or close an account where a breach is found, without affecting any legal claim it holds.
When you submit a request you may share details about your situation, such as a character name, a build idea, your current gear or your platform. You confirm that you have the right to share that information and that it does not infringe another right.
The material the team writes is original unless it quotes a source under fair dealing, and the team does not copy submissions into other guides in an identifiable way. Details you send are handled under the Privacy Policy, which limits how they are stored and shared.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the situation you describe. If a guide fails because the details you supplied were materially incorrect, for example the wrong difficulty or the wrong version, the team will still work to help but the failure is not treated as a fault in the deliverable.
The team makes a genuine effort to keep material accurate to a tested version, but no game guide can remove every variable. Connection lag, a new server build, randomised content and human execution all change an outcome. Material is therefore provided as tested guidance and not as a performance guarantee.
Where values such as damage, cooldowns or required stats are stated, they follow the version named in the material. If a guide is followed on a different version, results may differ and the version note should be checked first. Fair dealing is central to this service: the team promises honest, tested material, and asks in return that a player who hits a genuine discrepancy reports it rather than assuming all guides are alike.
Any opinion expressed, whether about a build being fun, a fight being hard or a game being worth a season, is the view of the author and is offered as commentary rather than as a statement of verifiable fact.
The services and all material are provided in the state they are in at the time of use. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the company makes no warranty that the material is complete, that it will meet every requirement you have, or that the pages will be available without interruption.
The company disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, again to the fullest extent allowed. No statement made by the team, whether on the pages or in a reply, creates a warranty beyond these terms.
Nothing in this section limits a liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, so the disclaimers apply only to the extent that the law permits them to apply. Some regions do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, and in those regions the disclaimers are narrowed accordingly.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, in no event shall Guttrball LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity or goodwill, arising from the use of the services or the material, even if the company was told such damages were possible.
The total combined liability of the company for all claims arising from a single order or subscription will not exceed the amount you paid for that order or the most recent period of that subscription. This cap applies together across all theories of claim, including contract, tort and negligence.
The exclusions above do not apply where they would be unlawful, such as for liability that is caused by gross negligence or fraud, or for claims that by law cannot be limited. Because some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits of liability, in those jurisdictions this section is narrowed to the extent required, but the rest of these terms stays in effect.
The pages may reference official game sites, communities or tools operated by other parties. Those references exist to help you, but the company does not control them and takes no responsibility for their content or availability. Your use of any external site follows that site own terms and rules.
A reference to a game title or a third party tool is provided for identification only and implies no endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless this is stated explicitly. Any trademark belongs to its owner and is used only to help you find the relevant material. The company does not negotiate on behalf of game studios and has no authority to vary a game developer rule.
No term of these terms is intended to give any person other than you and the company a right to enforce any part of them, except that a company affiliate that operates the infrastructure may rely on the limitation and disclaimer clauses where they protect the operator of the pages.
Either side may end a subscription at the end of a billing period by giving notice in the way the service describes. A one-off request ends on delivery and acceptance or when the correction window closes. Either side may also end the overall agreement for convenience with reasonable notice sent to the other.
The company may suspend or end the agreement immediately if you breach an important term, such as paying a fee, or if a request seeks conduct that is excluded from the services. On ending the agreement, rights to material already purchased continue under the licence rules, while obligations of payment that have accrued remain due.
Sections of these terms that are meant to survive ending continue to bind both sides. That includes the ownership, limitation of liability, disclaimer, governing law and general provisions sections.
These terms and any dispute that arises from them are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state where Guttrball LLC is registered, without regard to rules on choosing law that would apply another law. Courts with lawful authority over a party location may hear a matter.
Before formal action, both sides agree to try to resolve a dispute through honest communication and, if helpful, a short informal discussion. If a dispute proceeds, each side bears its own legal costs unless a court awards them by law. Nothing in this section stops the company from seeking urgent protection where immediate action is needed to stop a breach or protect rights.
If you are located in a jurisdiction whose consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights are not limited by this section, and the governing law choice applies only to the extent consistent with that law.
These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the complete agreement about your use of the services and replace any earlier statements, whether written on the pages or made in a chat. Headings are included for convenience and do not affect meaning.
The company may update these terms from time to time. When terms change materially, the date at the top is revised and the notice is posted here. Continued use of the services after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms, and an update does not apply to a dispute that arose before it was posted. A stated right is not a waiver of any other right.
Questions about these terms, an order, or a bill can be directed to the company using the details below. The team will respond within a reasonable time and will keep the matter confidential.
